This is the best garden centre in the area and service both in the cafe and shop is outstanding .

Haven't been here before, so I was pleasantly surprised by how busy it was on a wet Monday morning. There was a really good breakfast menu, a large choice of tea and coffee and the best selection of home made cakes and pastries I've seen in a long time. I had a huge fruit scone which certainly lived up to my expectations.

Superb place to go for lunch or just a drink and snacks also within a great garden centre. Staff all friendly and helpful and dogs are allowed too.

Great garden center, everything you need to make your garden wonderful, a little more pricey, however that is what you must pay for Stringers quality. Set your satnav and have a morning / afternoon out, it's well worth it.

This cafe, in Stringers Garden Centre, Conisbrough, is well worth a visit. The food is good, freshly made, the coffee delicious. There is a good menu for a relatively small cafe, with prices affordable and competitive with similar establishments and cheaper than some. The staff are very helpful, willing to go the extra mile, which encourages a return visit. The garden centre is also home to books, cards and a wide variety of gifts to suit most tastes.

You'll get a warm welcome and smooth service. Having visited Connisburgh Castle we were ready for a bite to eat. A quick Google took us to this lovely little cafe in a well stocked garden center. Staff are lovely and friendly (well it is Yorkshire) the food was good value for money and filling. Great coffee too. Didn't take any photos as my chilli jacket spud was wolfed down. Coloring activity bag for the little ones to keep them occupied. Will visit again
